Made-to Order Fabrication Time
- Each balloon is made-to-order with durable materials. We process each order in 4-7 business days.
- Since all of our stuff is made to order, we are unable to process changes to the order (color, size, quantity, etc) after purchase.
- Changes to order details (personal details and shipping address) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Shipping
Once ready, shipping time will be subject to delivery time based on each carrier. Usually within 4-10 business days, depending on your location.
Duties Upon Import: The customs process is country dependent and is not able to be controlled by us or the shipping courier. Please review your local customs process and fees (if any) as they are the responsibility of the customer.
United States Orders - there will be no extra charge upon receiving your package!
All other locations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that it is the customers responsibility to pay for any of the destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes.

Consumers should stay informed about the latest developments to understand the potential impact on pricing. United States shipping times may be slightly delayed after April 30, 2025. Orders may be arriving in different packages from various locations. Order may ship from overseas depending on availability. We will keep you updated on your specific order delivery updates.
