Shipping & Returns
Fabrication Time:
- Each Big Shiny Ball item is made-to-order. We process each order in 4-7 business days.
- Since all of our stuff is made to order, we are unable to process changes to the order (color, size, quantity, etc) after purchase.
- Changes to order details (personal details and shipping address) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Holiday Orders & Shipping**
We expect holiday shipping price surges, shipping delays, and fabrication delays. We cannot control delays shipping carriers and/or Customs. If you have a deadline for delivery, please order as soon as possible or contact our team to learn more about fulfillment times.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are based on availably. If your order is processed as a rush fabrication, a rush service fee will be applied to your order. Please note, the rush service fee is allocated to our fabricating team and is non-refundable once the fabrication is complete in a timely manner.
Shipping
Shipping time varies on each carrier. Delivery is usually within 3-10 business days, depending on your location and pending no customs delays. The customs process is country dependent and is not able to be controlled by us or the shipping courier. Please review your local customs process and fees (if any) as they are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping times outside of holiday season:
USA: 3-4 days
Canada: 4-7 days
UK: 4-7 days
AU: 2-4 days
EU: 4-7 days
Mexico: 6-8 days
Returns
All sales are final since our stuff is custom-made for each order.
All returns are subject to review. To qualify for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Refunds (If Applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, a reimbursement (minus shipping/return fees) will be processed to the card used during checkout. Returns from third-party purchases are not accepted.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. Exchanges are only available for store credit, minus shipping and returns fees. If you need to exchange due to product issues, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange at hello@bigshinyballs.com.
Please note that our products are sold on an "as is" basis. Once with shipper, the condition and delivery of the product is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during and after delivery. Any claims for damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product and shared with the courier.
Delays or Damage to Order
We cannot control delays or damages from carriers and/or Customs. If you have a deadline, it's best to order early for timely delivery. If there is damage to your order, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Delivery Failure
The recipient of the order is responsible for keeping up with all shipping updates in a timely manner and for communication with the shipping courier. If the order can't be delivered to your address, the package will be returned to us after ~10 days. Non-receipt of the order after attempted deliveries and all applicable fees fall under customer responsibility. Refunds for unsuccessful deliveries are not applicable.
