Fabrication Time:

Each item is made-to-order. Processing time varies per item: 

  • All Big Shiny Balls ®, Eggs, Hearts, Stars, Ornaments and other chrome mylar items take 4-7 days to fabricate, not including shipping.
  • Sports Balls, Flag Balls, and all other PVC items take 5-8 days to fabricate, not including shipping.
  • Disco Balls, Clear Balls, Beach Balls, Hairy Balls take 5-8 days to fabricate, not including shipping.
  • Custom orders take 2-4 weeks to design, fabricate, and deliver.

Since all of our stuff is made to order, we are unable to process changes to the order (color, size, quantity, etc) after purchase. Please verify your quote, order and/or shipping information upon placing the order as we cannot change anything after the order is placed.

Changes to order details (personal details and shipping address) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has begun fabrication, no refunds or changes can be made to the order.


Shipping 
Shipping time varies on each carrier. Delivery is usually within 3-14 business days, depending on your location and pending no customs delays.

Due to recent tariff changes, United States shipping times may be slightly delayed after April 30, 2025. Orders may take up to 7–12 days to arrive. Orders may be arriving in different packages. We will keep you updated on your specific order delivery updates. If you have a deadline, please email us to let us know as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!

Order may ship from overseas depending on availability and custom tax may apply to your local area.

The customs process is country dependent and is not able to be controlled by us or the shipping courier. Please review your local customs process and fees (if any) as they are the responsibility of the customer.

UK: 4-7 days

AU: 2-4 days

EU: 4-7 days

Mexico: 6-8 days

A Quick Shipping Note for Our U.S. Customers 🇺🇸

Due to recent tariff changes, some U.S. orders may experience slightly longer shipping times. For orders placed after April 30, 2025, delivery may take approximately 7–14 days.

Some packages may also be subject to additional tariffs or duties upon arrival as they may be arriving from overseas. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs or import office.

Please note: customs processing times and fees are outside of our control. Orders returned due to unpaid customs charges cannot be refunded, and any return shipping costs will be applied to your order.

If you have a specific delivery deadline, please reach out to us before placing your order — failure to do so may result in delayed delivery and will not be grounds for a refund.

Returns
All sales are final since our stuff is custom-made for each order.

Refunds (If Applicable) 
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, a reimbursement (minus shipping/return fees) will be processed to the card used during checkout. Returns from third-party purchases are not accepted.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

All returns are subject to review. To qualify for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.  

We only replace items if they are defective. Exchanges are only available for store credit, minus shipping and returns fees. If you need to exchange due to product issues, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for an exchange at hello@bigshinyballs.com. 

Please note that our products are sold on an "as is" basis. Once with shipper, the condition and delivery of the product is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during and after delivery. Any claims for damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product and shared with the courier.


Delays or Damage to Order
We cannot control delays or damages from carriers and/or Customs. If you have a deadline, it's best to order early for timely delivery. If there is damage to your order, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

Delivery Failure

The recipient of the order is responsible for keeping up with all shipping updates in a timely manner and for communication with the shipping courier. If the order can't be delivered to your address, the package will be returned to us after ~10 days. Non-receipt of the order after attempted deliveries and all applicable fees fall under customer responsibility. Refunds for unsuccessful deliveries are not applicable.

We reserve the right to cancel or deny any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to availability, pricing errors, offered discounts, or suspected fraudulent activity. Additionally, we reserve the right to make modifications to orders when necessary, customers will be notified promptly if any changes are made to their order.
