Big Shiny Balls Trade Program
Our Trade Program is built for interior designers, event planners, retailers and hospitality teams who use Big Shiny Balls in their projects.
Approved trade accounts save 15–25% off retail, and the discount grows as you order more.

Program notes
- Getting in: Trade accounts open at the Partner tier (15% off) with an opening order of $5,000 or more. We may also approve established firms, such as hotel groups, municipalities and installers, at the Partner tier without an opening order.
- Moving up: Accounts move to Pro (20% off) at $25,000 and Elite (25% off) at $50,000 in orders over a rolling 12 months.
- Staying in: If a trade account orders less than $25,000 in a 12-month period, it moves to our Affiliate Program.
- Smaller accounts: Applicants who don't place a $5,000 opening order are welcomed into our Affiliate Program instead.
- Tax exemption: Tax-exempt pricing requires a valid resale certificate on file. Until we have one, sales tax applies where required.
- Trade pricing is subject to our Terms of Service.
