Returns
All sales are final since our stuff is custom-made for each order.ย If you receive a defective product, please checkout our FAQ page for setup instructions and contact us within 14 days to qualify for a replacement.
Refunds (If Applicable)ย
To qualify for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it within 14 days of receipt.ย After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a reimbursement (minus shipping/return fees) will be processed to the card used during checkout. Returns from third-party purchases are not accepted.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange due to product issues, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@bigshinyballs.com.ย
Delays or Damage to Order
We cannot control delays from carriers and/or Customs. If you have a deadline, it's best to order early for timely delivery.ย If there is damage to your order, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
