Question 1

Are Big Shiny Balls reusable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Big Shiny Balls are built to last. Each ball inflates and deflates repeatedly — just use the included valve and a compatible pump. Store them deflated between events for compact, reusable storage. Many customers use the same balls across dozens of activations.

Question 2

What sizes are available?

Accepted Answer

Big Shiny Balls are available from 20 inches (50cm) all the way up to 10 feet (3 meters) in diameter. Most products offer multiple size options so you can choose the right scale for your space or event.

Question 3

What are Big Shiny Balls made of?

Accepted Answer

They are made from premium dual-layer PVC with a reflective Mylar outer surface for that signature chrome mirror finish. These are not latex balloons — they are professional-grade inflatables engineered for commercial displays, events, and brand activations.

Question 4

Can I add a custom logo or branding to a Big Shiny Ball?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Full custom branding is available. You can add logos, graphics, color matching, and custom shapes. Big Shiny Balls produces fully bespoke inflatable products for brands, agencies, and retailers worldwide. Contact us for a custom quote.

Question 5

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Big Shiny Balls are made to order. Standard production is typically 2–4 weeks depending on size and customization. Expedited production is available. We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Tennessee, USA.

Question 6

What events are Big Shiny Balls used for?

Accepted Answer

Big Shiny Balls are used for brand activations, corporate events, weddings, photo shoots, retail window displays, holiday installations, music festivals, product launches, and experiential marketing campaigns. Clients include Fortune 500 brands, event planners, experiential agencies, luxury retailers, and celebrities.

Question 7

Are Big Shiny Balls safe for indoor use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No helium is needed — Big Shiny Balls are inflated with air using a standard pump (a custom nozzle adapter is included or available as an add-on). They are safe for indoor and outdoor use in temperatures from -5°F to 105°F. Built-in anchor rings make them easy to tether, hang, or weight down.

Question 8

How do you inflate a Big Shiny Ball?

Accepted Answer

Big Shiny Balls use a specialized long-lasting inflation valve that requires a custom pump nozzle — a standard pump tip will not fit. Once inflated, the valve maintains pressure for weeks to months. A compatible pump or nozzle adapter is available as an add-on at checkout.

Question 9

Are Big Shiny Ball ornaments suitable for commercial holiday displays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Giant inflatable ornaments from Big Shiny Balls are designed specifically for commercial holiday installations — shopping malls, retail stores, hotel lobbies, event venues, and outdoor displays. They are weather-resistant, available in sizes up to 10 feet, and can be branded with custom logos for sponsor activations or corporate holiday events.

Question 10

What colors are available for inflatable ornaments?

Accepted Answer

Big Shiny Ball ornaments are available in classic holiday colors including silver chrome, gold, red, green, blue, and more. Custom colors and finishes are available for branded or bespoke orders.
