Key to prolonging their lifespan is avoiding over-inflation and preventing damage to the outer shell so keep them stored in safe place and clean regularly with water and soap.

The high quality, two layered material that makes the balls reusable also can make them heavy. For example, the 2 ft /60 cm ball weighs 1.6kg / 3.6 lbs. The 10 ft / 300cm weights 23 kg / 50 lbs.
